Grant

Students

We offer grants of up to $500 for ideas from all ages K-12 in Portland Public Schools. We’re so excited to read your application and help out however we can! Our goal is to encourage the civic engagement of young people by supporting you in putting your ideas into action.

Volunteers AND Donors

We are group of volunteers, always open to accepting more. We have a strong sense of camaraderie and unite around our greater purpose. If you’d like to find your own way to contribute to our grants and support the next big idea of a Portland Public School student, we’d love to have you join us.

Art Buyers

We have a complete collection of works available and are always willing to create custom artwork. Contact us with any requests or inquiries about art, and we’re sure we can find something to brighten up your backyard or home.

Since 2009, our nonprofit has provided grant funding for a range of youth-led service learning projects in the Portland Maine Public Schools.

We celebrate the power of art to bring people together and the power of young people to change their schools and communities.

Check out this video featuring student stories from the Portland Public Schools about how their projects made a difference, plus info about Painting For A Purpose and applying for a service learning grant.
